You agree not to use the CrimeKick Websites (a) in a manner that violates any local, provincial, national, foreign, or international statute, regulation, rule, order, treaty, or other law; (b) to stalk, harass, or harm another individual; (c) to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or (d) to interfere with or disrupt the CrimeKick Websites or servers or networks connected to the CrimeKick Websites. You further agree not to (1) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods in connection with the CrimeKick Websites; or (2) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the CrimeKick Websites or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the CrimeKick Websites, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
Certain areas of the CrimeKick website may permit you to submit feedback, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials. You retain all ownership rights to the text, photos, video, responses and other content you submit to CrimeKick (collectively, your “Content”). You give us permission, in the form of a non exclusive worldwide license, to use, copy, and publish your content. If you share another person’s contact information with us, for example to invite that person to CrimeKick on your behalf, you are granting us permission to contact that person.
All written user submissions on this site are opinions of third parties and not of CrimeKick. CrimeKick is not responsible for, and does not endorse, verify, or ratify any of the written opinions and/or content submitted by third parties.
If you have a dispute with CrimeKick, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing other avenues.
CrimeKick AND THE ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not promise that any aspect of our software or service will work properly or continuously. We may add, change, or discontinue product features; if you are dissatisfied, your only remedy is to stop using CrimeKick or the affected feature. Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty exclusions, so they may not apply to you. If someone brings a claim against CrimeKick (whether against the company or any of its employees, directors, or officers) based on a harm you caused, you agree to reimburse us for any costs we incur in defending against that claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees as well as damages.
CrimeKick SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CrimeKick, INCLUDING THE CrimeKick SERVICES, OUR SOFTWARE, YOUR USE OF CrimeKick OR ANY CrimeKick SERVICE, OR THIS AGREEMENT.
CrimeKick respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, CrimeKick has a policy of removing User Submissions that violate copyright law, suspending access to the CrimeKick Websites (or any portion thereof) to any user who uses the CrimeKick Websites in violation of copyright law and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account of any user who uses the CrimeKick Websites in violation of copyright law.
